Meet Your Inspector
Frank Reuther, born in 1929, grew up in Creve Coeur, Missouri, and graduated from Chaminade High School in 1947. Frank married Ilene in 1950 and they have three married children (and seven grandchildren). He attended Washington University for Architectural Technology, and spent over 30 years in residential construction building custom homes, During his involvement with numerous joint ventures constructing tract housing, Frank created an individualized cost estimating system.
